silver linings jewelry
silver linings jewelry on everything.
My late husband Greg wore it when we were dating.
It's actually on his teeth.
The other memento of me I wear everyday is the wedding band from Greg.
My pastor at the time talked to me about jewelry when I said I loved silver.
She told me to buy silver and then I wouldn't have to change my jewelry when I got married.
So I did.
Greg and I were married in 2004 and we have worn our wedding rings every day.
His is gold and we wear them every day together too.
Sometimes I notice that his wedding band will be thinner in the summer, it won't feel tight on my finger.
I love that feeling of our hands being together.
I wear a ring from him everyday to work too, it doesn't have diamonds but it was handmade by him.
I wear it all the time as well and it just reminds me that he is my best friend, and there is no one else I would rather spend my life with.
My parents (and grandparents) passed away when I was 12, and at 13 I really thought about their deaths all the time.
It was a constant struggle to understand why they would let me and my brother hurt when it was obviously our fault.
I really struggled with depression for a while, until I was around 16 or so.
For years, I didn't really have a place of peace, and that is what I wanted.
I just wanted to have a calm place of rest where I knew that I would be ok
